Each DXA,RMR,VO2, or Proteus test only take about 10-15 minutes, but we schedule 30-45 minutes for each as we will use this time to go over your reports with you and answer questions to help you use the data. All the tests can be done in one day.
For best results we recommend no strenuous exercise 24 hours prior. Hydrate well the day prior. For optimal results Fast 8 hours with a minimum of 1-2 hours before tests. Wear comfortable clothing with no metal or thick plastics. Sportswear works great.
