DEXA Body Composition -$125

Your ParaDuel energy x-ray body scan that provides the most accurate and extensive body testing currently available. You will get information about body fat, lean mass, and bone health. FFMI, ALMI, Segmental information including your limbs and torso, subcutaneous vs. visceral fat, and more.

Resting Metabolic Test (RMR)- $175

Using indirect calorimetry we will measure how many calories your body needs. We will get a snapshot of what you are using as a fuel source (Fat or Sugar), get your resting heart rate, and provide a Maintenance calorie chart based off of your RMR.

VO2 MAX Cardio Test and Heart Rate Zones- $175

For this test we will discover your cardio health and map out your various heart rate zones, aerobic threshold, anaerobic thresholds and calories burned, and more. Make your workouts efficient and effective. Treadmill or bike options available.

PROTEUS Motion Strength and Power Test- $175

Proteus is a state of the art AI robot that will test strength, power, and speed. The total body test takes you through a series of movements in 10-15 minutes and we will review a report breaking down each part of the body. We can also provide exercise recommendations based on the results, and track and trend progress over time.

KINETISENSE Advanced Movement Screening- $125

Using cutting-edge technology with 3D motion capture we analyze a person's movement patterns, posture, and balance.
It's a comprehensive assessment that helps identify areas of strength, weakness, and movement dysfunction, providing valuable insights for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement

GripX Strength Test - $35

GripX Strength testing offers a comprehensive professional assessment of your grip strength using the gold standard Jamar Smart Hand Dynomometer. Recieve a comprehensive PDF report that includes your test average, trending, bilateral comparison, max and min results, standard deviation, and coefficient variation along with graphical representations and our GripX strength document that provide guidelines, insights and more.

DexaFit Seattle Blood Work- Standard Panel - $600

Perfect for anyone striving to apply a performance-oriented approach to optimizing personal health and performance. This includes an evaluation of 85+ biomarkers and 13 functional areas. FAQ

How long should I expect the tests to take?

Each DXA,RMR,VO2, or Proteus test only take about 10-15 minutes, but we schedule 30-45 minutes for each as we will use this time to go over your reports with you and answer questions to help you use the data. All the tests can be done in one day.

PREP FOR TESTING

DEXA

For best results we recommend no strenuous exercise 24 hours prior. Hydrate well the day prior. For optimal results Fast 8 hours with a minimum of 1-2 hours before tests. Wear comfortable clothing with no metal or thick plastics. Sportswear works great.

RMR

Our most sensitive test. For best results avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours prior. No alcohol the day before and no caffeine the day of. Avoid gum, mints, etc. prior to your test. For optimal results Fast 8 hours with a minimum of four to five hours prior to your exam. Make sure you're well hydrated, Water is fine.

VO2

Avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours prior. Bring clothes you would jog or exercise in. Wear running shoes and bring a towel and water bottle with you. This is a hard workout so avoid a heavy meal 1-2 hours prior.

PROTEUS

Bring clothes you would exercise in. Wear running/workout shoes and bring a towel and water bottle with you.

KINETISENSE Movement Screening

Bring clothes you would exercise in. Don't wear baggy clothes or restrictive clothing. Wear your running/workout shoes.

How often should I get tested?

The answer depends on many factors. However, For most people we recommend a 2-3 month window for DXA scans, VO2 and RMR.

It provides enough time that you see significant change, but allows you to detect if something is not working in your plan.

This works in most cases, unless you see drastic changes on the DXA or other indicators there have been some changes. There are always exceptions.
